Polymec is able to process rollers from the whole spectrum of folding machines currently being used in the UK. Starting with the miniature machines performing complex pharmaceutical folding and right up to the large format 112cm/44" machines often used to produce 16-page signatures in A4 format. We are able to refurbish folder rollers, along with creasing, scoring and perforating collars in state-of-the-art Soft-PU or highly durable Hard-PU. We can also offer moulded folder rollers used on some folders, such as H&H machines.

Our services include reconditioning, exchange and supply of new rollers to suit most folding machines. We can also provide other parts such as exchange suction wheels, new suction wheels, segmented rollers, bearings and sleeves.
